Club Table Floor Plan
Plain copy · shareableThis is the plain, shareable copy of the table planner. It opens on the club floor plan with the 15 tables where they sit in the craft/sewing layout. Anyone who opens it can drag the tables around on their own copy to try an arrangement — moves made here stay on this copy only, so your saved planner is never changed by anyone else.
How it works
- Drag a table to move it Point at a table and drag it with your finger on a phone, or with the mouse on a computer. It follows your point anywhere on the open floor.
- Tables snap into line Drag a table close to another one and it snaps — edges line up, centres line up, or the edges snap together so the tables touch neatly. A dashed amber line shows the alignment while it happens. Tables 1 & 2 and 3 & 4 in the craft/sewing layout already sit touching, as a sample.
- Tables never overlap A dragged table slides along the edge of another table instead of covering it. Touching is fine — sitting on top of another table is not allowed.
- Tap a table to turn it or take it off Tapping (or clicking) a table selects it, and buttons appear to turn it sideways or remove it from the floor. If a turn would make it overlap another table, the turn is refused and the planner says why. On a keyboard, select a table and use the arrow keys to nudge it and R to turn it.
- Add, reset, and print Add a table puts a new table in the first clear spot on the hall. Reset puts all 15 tables back to the craft/sewing layout — it asks for a second tap first, so it can't happen by accident. Show clean copy displays a clean one-page copy of the plan on its own; hide its buttons and take a screenshot for a clean saved copy, or in a web browser print it on paper or save it as a PDF with the browser's own Print command. Save plan as a picture opens a clean picture of your layout on its own screen, with share, copy, and save buttons — and the same hide-the-buttons screenshot, which saves a clean picture in any viewer. Download plan as PDF makes that same clean copy as a small PDF file.
